Have you ever just had a bad workout day? Well, I did today. I'm currently on Day 18 on Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred, and I guess my body just didn't want to workout today. I kept getting bored and doing all of the modifications. I didn't even finish the video! By the time I got to circuit three, I decided I was done. It's not like I gave up. It's just that I got kinda bored. Maybe I'll finish it later in the day, but right now, I just want to go back to school and workout at the gym like I used to every day.
Also, on the bright side, I signed up for my first yoga class! It's on Sunday, and I can't wait! I'll write a blog of how it goes :) Have a great day everyone!
