Yesterday was pretty good - I journalled my food and rode my bike in the morning before work for a few minutes.
I meant to do a bit more biking and a session with kettlebells yesterday, but didn't.
I did make a new tracking spreadsheet for 2013 and wrote down a kettlebell routine to start the new year-in-strength-training.
Happy to see my holiday bloatiness is starting to roll back, was down a couple pounds on the scale this morning. (I went up an appalling amount over the holidays.)
Today I got on the bike for 10 minutes before work. Was running a bit late so didn't have much pre-work time today - glad I did the 10 minutes, tho!
Kettlebells later, without fail.
