Just read an article about procrastination and recognized myself right away. I am usually overwhelmed by what I need to do that I eat instead. Today I am going to pick one task I need to do and complete it -- not start and give up. Already I am thinking that I have two other tasks that I want to do before I start my BIG job - cleaning my drawers and closet and purging what I don't wear and what doesn't fit. I need to eat breakfast first which involves cooking a new delicious recipe, make dinner for my son who has special dietary needs, and throw dinner in the crockpot. I will just get up and start now and shut down my computer (after I follow the recipes) and get moving for the day.
