Well, I walked yesterday at lunch for an hour and last night I did a 25 minute workout on Just Dance 4 plus a couple of extra songs for fun. Glad that I did that and I hope that I can continue to do a routine like that each night.
Going to do all again today if possible. I am ready to show myself that I can do this and others around me. Just gotta do it and believe in myself and not give into the junk food!
