New Year, New Attitude!

I struggled a bit during December. I totally enjoyed myself, but it's time to get serious again. I'm about 4 pounds over my "scream weight."

I am loosely tracking as of yesterday to get a handle on my intake. I haven't tracked in about a year. I tend to get obsessive about it, but I added a category called Miscellaneous, so I can quickly add estimated calories when I don't have the nutrition information.

Time to get back to goal!!!

    I hope I can one day get to where I don't need to track anymore. I did an experiment to see what it would be like and promptly gained 3lbs! It's nice that it's always there when you need it, though.

it is never to late to start.

my sister lost 105 pounds at age 63 walking 15000 steps a day.

i have lost 44 pounds by giving up grain and sugar products at age 60..

i walk 15000 steps a day.

i use a salad plate as my dinner plate.

i keep mandrtan oranges in the fridge. when the sweet tooth comes on i grab one or two tablespoons of the fruit.
