Day 2 and 3

Yesterday was a pretty busy day at the office. Accomplished quite a bit, and the day seemed to sail by. I settled in to work, and when I looked at the time, I was surprised to see that it was 4:30!

I did most of my sparking early in the morning, with the intention of blogging after work, but it was a busy evening as well. Dropped my son off at my brother's house, so they can go skiing today, and picked up a laptop that my brother wasn't using any more. On the way home, a friend called, and I went for a quick visit-- talked for hours -- and before I knew it, it was already midnight! Headed home and slept almost immediately.

Stayed within my food limits (yay), and managed to drink 2 glasses of water... lol... I know, not nearly enough, but it's two more than I had the day before!!

Getting ready to head out the door for work. Hopefully it'll be another busy, fast day today.

Plan for "me" is to get more water in, stay in the food limits, and maybe get some movement in when I get home from the office.

Today's picture, something I'm working on for a co-worker's daughter's sweet 16. Co-worker is baking the cake (she and her daughter have very specific requirements/intolerances). I agreed to make the "topper' if she baked the cake herself.



I'll try to blog again when I get home.

it is never to late to start.

my sister lost 105 pounds at age 63 walking 15000 steps a day.

i have lost 44 pounds by giving up grain and sugar products at age 60..

i walk 15000 steps a day.

i use a salad plate as my dinner plate.

i keep mandrtan oranges in the fridge. when the sweet tooth comes on i grab one or two tablespoons of the fruit.
