I am reminding myself, I can and will change my life and health for the better. I will love myself for me and thats all that matters. I haven't felt good, but still remind myself thats no excuse to cheat or be naughty

it is never to late to start.

my sister lost 105 pounds at age 63 walking 15000 steps a day.

i have lost 44 pounds by giving up grain and sugar products at age 60..

i walk 15000 steps a day.

i use a salad plate as my dinner plate.

i keep mandrtan oranges in the fridge. when the sweet tooth comes on i grab one or two tablespoons of the fruit.

    YOU have take one step at time. one have latly i took pic of my fat . when down want use a excuse i look at it. It find go a workout it help. Commit to 10 min a day and work way out. you feel better.
