Good morning everyone, it's 6:30 a.m. on the first day of my weekend. Had some coffee with my sweetie, he just left for work. My girl is getting ready, waiting for her to head out to school.
THEN, the plan for today... healthy breakfast, grab a glass of water, start some laundry, do some morning yoga. Clean out that REFRIGERATOR I hate that job... also clean up the kitchen. Figure out a plan for dinner, either Salmon or pork chops.
Do some cardio or strength training
TOMORROW...Have to get some grocerys, also yoga. Wanna make stuffed peppers for dinner.
Don't really have a plan for the rest of my weekend just yet, have to see how things go.
My work week starts on Sunday.
