Three's a charm

The nice thing about not having to go to work is having extra time. It is 6:36 am, and I would have been on my way to work already, but today I am dressed and ready to meet with the personal trainer in an hour.
I know she will kick my butt at the gym.

I also know that I am going out to dinner with my brother and sister in-law's tonight, so I have decided to eat only zero point foods (according to WW scheme) between now and then.

I know that I am not supposed to "save all my points" for one meal, but it seems the prudent thing to do.

I also remembered to enter the Dream home sweepstakes... after all, if I am dreaming about a new me, I may as well dream big.

Zero point foods are fruits and veggies... won't you be too hungry, if that's all you are going to eat until dinner? emoticon
Maybe add some protein, at least?
