Today's challenge is to share my goals with someone... so I'll put them in a blog and share them with anyone who would like to see them
I made some resolutions, but I'll stick with the weight-loss ones here:
1. I want to continue to wake up early before work to finish my Tracy workouts.
2. I want to track my food honestly and consistently. I've noticed I get MUCH better results when I'm honest with myself and start getting on track. This includes adding more fresh fruits and veggies, since I always have a difficult time with that
3. I want to drink more water (instead of diet soda); got my camelback waterbottle out just for this :)
4. I want to "up the ante" on aerobic exercise. Maybe make it to the gym at least 3x per week. I think I need to do something that's more aerobically challenging than just walking everywhere
I think that's all I've got... I'm sure i can add more if I think of something, but this should be a good start.
