Was really sleepy all day, went to bed early.
Blood sugar bottomed out several times today.
4 lg glasses (abt 10 oz) of liquid
Food charted for the day
10 min treadmill 2.0 mph 1/3 mile
20 lying hamstring curls
20 ball crunches
10 wall p/u
1 min mini-tramp
Most of my spiritual work got put on hold.
