It can be SO aggravating when you have a few really good days and you're so proud of yourself and you're thinking, "I CAN really do this!" and then you find yourself over eating again or not pushing yourself on something that you know you should and could do. BUT the thing is, the key is,

Cardio Session?
I feel good about my treadmill time yesterday. I'm starting to be able to walk a little faster again. I tell you, the vitamins really work for helping my leg heal.

10-minute Toning Video?
No, :'( BUT I tell you what. I'm not going to be too hard on myself because I'm sick and I'm still increasing my cardio so that is something to be proud of!! So there!! :)
