It can be SO aggravating when you have a few really good days and you're so proud of yourself and you're thinking, "I CAN really do this!" and then you find yourself over eating again or not pushing yourself on something that you know you should and could do. BUT the thing is, the key is, emoticon . WE CAN DO THIS. One day at a time. One accomplishment at a time. One journey at time. One good or bad weigh-in at a time. WE WILL GET THERE. WE WILL MAKE IT. WE WILL REACH OUR GOALS. Working hard, never ever giving up, working together as a team, trying new things, being brave..we'll get there. WE CAN DO THIS. WE WILL DO THIS.
