My basic resolutions are
Leading A Healthy Lifestyle: Physical activity, nutrition, spiritual and emotional.
My ultimate goal is to get down to 80kg or 176 pounds.
I believe there is an emotional side to my weight problem, and restarting the 100 Day Weight Loss Challenge, is going to help me tremendously.
I have also started a daily Food Journal.....stating what I am eating, where I am eating and how I am feeling. This is so I can see where I can improve, and where I can cut out so called "bad" choices.
Yesterday was a prime example......I was feeling tired, with no energy. This lead me to eat food that I didn't have to cook....so not much thought was put into the meal.
Lets see what today is going to offer for me.
