A New Year........A New Journey

My basic resolutions are
Leading A Healthy Lifestyle: Physical activity, nutrition, spiritual and emotional.
My ultimate goal is to get down to 80kg or 176 pounds.

I believe there is an emotional side to my weight problem, and restarting the 100 Day Weight Loss Challenge, is going to help me tremendously.

I have also started a daily Food Journal.....stating what I am eating, where I am eating and how I am feeling. This is so I can see where I can improve, and where I can cut out so called "bad" choices.
Yesterday was a prime example......I was feeling tired, with no energy. This lead me to eat food that I didn't have to cook....so not much thought was put into the meal.
Lets see what today is going to offer for me.

I love the single portion frozen meats - chicken breast or pot roast in juice or fish filets - control portion and always ready to microwave! Add frozen veggies to plate - VIOLA! easy, controlled and you can always "spice it up" to your taste.

Also, I make a big bowl of salad on weekends and grab handfuls at mealtime.

    Might be a good idea to have some meals that don't require much preparation for those days. Evidence seems to say that journaling leads to increased success. I think you are on the right path. Glenn
