list of 2013 goals: 1. eat right. 2. exercise 3. do sparkcoach

What worked in 2012
1. walking instead of taking taxis or the bus
2. getting out of the house
3. Working out at the gym
4,. following a diet

- Think about what didnt work in 2012
1. being too busy to exercise
2. spending too much time doing sedentary or work or relaxation

- How can I make 2013 more successful.
1. Sparkcoach
2. be more active (try to walk 3 hours per day and strength 10 minutes per day with spark videos)

    How many miles do you walk a week? Definitely a plan. I have tried walking to get the mail which is a mile. It made a difference for me last year
