So I realized at the end of the day that I only had 3 cups of water! Really?! Only 3 cups! That is not good! I did however manage to have 4 cups of coffee. Yeah. That's not good! I have to bump up my water intake and cut back on the coffee. I'm going to start by not making a full pot, that'll help :)
I managed to pull a butt muscle doing lunges today... Seriously.... It hurts to sit and go up stairs. Lots of stretching tomorrow and since it doesn't hurt to walk- I'll be doing that too!
