As much as I hate to admit it, I actually really miss my family when I'm away at school and having been back for 3 weeks I feel like it's going to be harder this time then it was when I moved up there. We were never really a close family growing up, but I never really had any friends so I just mainly had my brother and sister.

But my main question is, Does it ever get any easier? When school first started, I didn't see my family again for nearly a month, and it wasn't that bad. But after I came home for thanksgiving at the beginning of October, it was really hard going back home. After that I found myself going home nearly every other weekend and it costs about 40$ roundtrip, which as a poor (and cheap) college student isn't really something i can afford.
