Wow i have made it a full day, how great is that, consistency is key. I am going to keep at it. I have to, i need to, because i want this! No one else is going to give me a wish of being an ideal weight. I have to work on it and this is a start. Writing out replies, i don't know why some people got my message multiple times, does this often happen with sparkpeople. It wasn't my intent to do it , but lol you got extra thanks then lol. So Day 2 comes to an end so far so good. I am pleased with myself.
Something about Me
I like to dance, I enjoy salsa, hip hop, zumba , free style, ballroom. I can do it what my body allows me at the moment, but i would so love to get my flexibility back and dance like there is no tomorrow, i now dance in my own privacy but i want to get the confidence again to dance in public at parties and discos and such. I miss that.
