I've decided not to do that Muscle and Fitness diet I posted. I originally planned to start doing some intense strength training to tone up but now I remember just how much of a commitment it is. I've got way too much on my plate right now.
I should be starting a new job soon. The position at the Psychiatric facility isn't going to be available as soon as I had hoped so I'm hoping to find some temporary contract work in the meantime.
For now my plan is to focus on toning up with quick and easy calisthenics at home. Also, I plan to stick with the Bikram yoga. I might not be able to do it daily, but I'd like to do it at least 2-3 times per week. And I want to hike and run some also.
So far getting my entire family to eat cleaner has been only a lit bit of a struggle (thanks to my youngest daughter who could literally LIVE on cereal, peanut butter and jelly, or bean burritos and that's it). But we're working on it! So far so good!
