Yesterday, I walked 2 miles.
Today, I walked 2 miles.
Total miles walked 2013: 4
I hope this inspires me to continue walking. I had a goal of walking 5 miles a day, but in reality, my schedule will not allow that. I work 7 days a week and I need to conserve some energy for work. I hope I can get to a consistent 3 miles a day. I hope by spring I can reach this goal.
My heel is doing well, I do brace it up and also my knee needs bracing. So far so good!
