Another day

My second day is over. My exercise was really good. 30 minutes on the elliptical, 2 mile walk/run with the dog and the Jumpstart Challenge. My food is not that great. I do so well during the day, but the minute I get home I mess it up. I eat mostly out of boredom and habit. When I don't have dinner ready, I tend to graze and make bad choices. Tonight before I go to bed, I have put a Spark Recipe into the crockpot. The Salsa Chicken will cook overnight then it will be ready in the morning and I can put it in the fridge until dinner time. I really need to lick this evening eating.
My commitment for tomorrow is to get up and take the 6:00 Am cycle class, day 3 of the Jumpstart Challenge and to just eat dinner then be done.
