    Wonderful plans. It IS hard to keep the junk food out of the house, but once you get it cleared out, life is so much easier to spark! Good luck and love your vlogs. HUGS

    For me it is no CHOCLATE. Still lots in the house. I'm having headaches from withdrawal from all the sugar. I like the idea of a purge but I am not the only one who lives here... sigh. I feel like the little engine that could... chugging along. I have noticed a lot of people come and go over the years I've been around. You don't fail in SP, you just keep practicing until you get it right. I think you have it right. There is not quick fix. These are lifestyle changes we are building... teaching and learning with our kids. Your blogs are great. Helping others... I think is key. We are not doing this alone. When I want to say "yes" to foods I realize there are other people on my teams saying "no" and I can do it to. When I want to say "no" to exercise I can imagine other sparkers pulling on their snow boots or doing their crunches on their exercise balls who also don't want to be doing it. Just do it! BTW I left a long comment on your first vlog that you might want to go back to. Glad you are back. Justyna

1. Here's a challenge for you...... "S M I L E"... Your whole face changes and you just shine when that happens. More laughing, smiling etc.....
I caught you one time on this vlog doing it.... just a fleeting moment, but I saw it and liked it. We all know it's good for us so listen, read, watch or do something fun everyday..... It will help, "I know"!!! emoticon emoticon
