misc to do for January

LIME TEAM JOURNAL:

1- concentrate on water, tracking and nutrition in January
2- reset monthly goals instead of every 10 to 12 weeks. adjustments made more often may work better and show better results
3- try somehting new monthly, either food or exercise or reward or new book author just do one new thing every month

2012 what didn't work was allowingbeing too busy at work take over my eating and gaining back what I had worked so hard to lose. I ended 2012 about a pound ove where I started the year.

2013 - make more time for me to concentrate on me and let other worry aobut their ownselves. it is MY time!!

WII exercise team

1/3 - 1/5: During this week, focus on steps. Get at least 7500 steps a day using any Wii Game. Post the game and the number of steps on this thread.

1/6-1/12: Cardio is the game for this week. Do any cardio Wii workout of at least 20 minutes each day. Post the game and the minutes on this thread

1/13- 1/19: Let's Dance. Do 20 minutes of dancing on any Wii Game each day. Post the game and minutes on this thread.

1/20 - 1/26: Full Circle. Do 20 minutes of Wii Circuit training each day. Post the game and minutes on this thread.

1/27 - 1/31: Keep stepping . This week we are going to finish the days we missed at the beginning of this month. Do at least 7500 steps a day using any Wii Game. Post the game and the number of steps on this thread.
