I had a whole 'nother blog in mind - starting with how deadly dull heart rate training is, but ending with all the positives that I can see about it. That post would have been clever and educational and well lit.

But that's not what you got. What you got was me in a guest bedroom literally hiding from a bowl of air popped popcorn. At least I'm not in a mud mask wearing my pjs, but it was a close thing I tell ya.

Welcome to reality folks. It isn't exactly ugly, but the camera angles aren't always flattering and sometimes the script is just one huge, repetitive, run on sentence.
