Not disordered....but messy.

I had a whole 'nother blog in mind - starting with how deadly dull heart rate training is, but ending with all the positives that I can see about it. That post would have been clever and educational and well lit.

But that's not what you got. What you got was me in a guest bedroom literally hiding from a bowl of air popped popcorn. At least I'm not in a mud mask wearing my pjs, but it was a close thing I tell ya.

Welcome to reality folks. It isn't exactly ugly, but the camera angles aren't always flattering and sometimes the script is just one huge, repetitive, run on sentence.

Enjoy. :)

I love the blog. We are all human. I have my dad tell me every night that the cookies i made have stuff in them that i don't like so i don't eat them. And it works most of the time.

I am totally impressed that you stopped yourself and walked away. Especially if you had room in your plan for it. In my book, that's the equivalent of stopping a speeding train with a pinky finger! Great job!

It's also great that you can see that being lonely {or at least not especially socially stimulated} at work could have something to do with the popcorn situation. Figuring out the triggers is half the battle, or so I'm told.

So great job all around!

Loved this post! I had a similar moment last night. I was super careful all day long and then suddenly, had a cookie attack and managed to eat 400 calories in about 3 minutes with a bizarre desperation. So, good for you for stopping, taking a breather, and walking away.
