Check List

Checked off the mammogram today. Have to get dental appointment and blood work set up. Tomorrow off to the never ending chiropractor, but she gives me great relief and keeps my neck moving. Too many accidents have played havoc on an already crooked spine. Weight loss has decided to slow down a bit, no gain and still in the 140s. Look forward to making that to the 130s. Also training at the gym before doctors appointment. Have a great week.

    I like how you fit training into a busy schedule and seem to have it down well. I hope all is well with the blood work.

    good for you to check those things off your list. I too need to do the mammogram. I think I will do it in February.
