Well today did not go as planned. We brought my mother-in-law home from the hospital yesterday. She kept us up all night. I got about 3 hours of sleep. I started out ok, with oatmeal for breakfast. I had an apple around 10. Everything was going good until after lunch....then the cookies attacked me! All down hill after that.
Tomorrow is a new day and I will make sure it goes much better.....
