I did 50 jumping jacks this morning at work (had to help wake me up - that mixed up sleep yesterday!) and then did my 48 minutes of my Slim in 6 Ramp it Up DVD.
My daughter and I went to a local sports bar late this afternoon and got a few Chicken wings and shared some fries. I've been eating a lot of soup and chili lately and just wanted a little bit of something to "chew" on. I'm finishing up with a frozen fruit and protein shake tonight. I want to try to increase my protein intake to see if I can kick-start my weight loss. I've been on a plateau and have noticed that lately I seem to be at the very bottom of my recommended daily protein levels.
