Today, I recommitted to my weight loss journey. I didn’t really make a new years resolution for 2013…I just want to become healthy for myself and my family. If that means losing weight, great. If it means maintaining, great. I am focused on doing cardio and strength training to reach my goals. My dream weight is 150! I would LOVE to be that again, but I will be happy to be under 200! I have tried setting a time limit to reach my goal, but I often lose track and make excuses not to reach it by that time frame. So, I am not going to give myself a deadline. My game plan is to continue to do my Chalean Extreme Dvds…they are GREAT strength training and she is very motivating! On my strength training Chalean days, I plan on doing a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio. On my non-strength days, I plan on doing a minimum of 50 minutes of cardio. I WILL also log my fitness and nutrition daily…or at least write it down in my food journal. Another goal of mine is to work on sodium. My sodium intake level is OUTRAGEOUS! Today, it was over 4000! Yikes! No wonder I feel bloated! But it is a work in progress and I will meet that goal!
