wow, 2013 already and guess what? i failed with my november plan..i think i actually gained weight!
But with the new year comes a new plan and a fresh beginning...hard to believe in 1 month i'll have been wandering this pathway for 2 years!(feb.1)

I haven't the slightless idea how i'm going to accomplish this but i'd like to get down to 199, "ONDERLAND"....I figure at 1 lb a week i can get down 20lbs by my youngest birthday(april 29) and then maybe too 199 by june...

I still have 2 jobs plus home and tons of housework/home life stuff....but here's the plan

8-10 am is my "free time", i figure if i can use that to exercise(stationary bike, elliptical, zumba, and dance central all available here!) So, i'm planning 1 hour per day, PLUS healthy eating ONLY!!!(a big failure of late) and then in bed early with lots of water...should do being go,go, go for 11 to 6 pm at work has to help some ...right?

and well this week is shot, monday will be my weigh in and measurement day, and "offical" start, till then, i'm gonna be busy and stay moving, very bit counts! and watch food intake...

fingers crossed this one sticks! i did this before, i'm DOING it again!

    You can do it! I find the one big thing that makes a difference if I fail or succeed is if I get enough sleep...somehow that makes all the difference in my willpower the next day, energy to exercise, etc.
But, really, you didn't fail. You're still here, aren't you? You've got yourself up once again. It's a journey.
