To try to keep myself on track, I decided to write down my daily thoughts. As I was contemplating on what to write for my first blog, I thought how much changing our bad eating habits is sort of like tripping up the stairs. We all do it and what do we do after we trip and maybe even fall? We hop up, brush ourselves off, look around to be sure no one saw the fall and then walk on. Rarely, when we walk on do we trip again. Changing our lives can be seen the same way. We will slip and fall, but if we hurry up and get up before anyone sees (pretend no one saw it regardless, lol) we can walk on as if the slip never happened.

So I embracing that this weight loss journey is hard and it sucks sometimes, if I just get up and walk on, I will always be moving forward. I hope everyone (or anyone) that reads this will walk on with me.
