To all those participating in the 30 Day Challenge ( Part II)
YOU GUYS ROCK!! you got through the hardest part and that was just committing to something despite the fear! Whoo hooo!

No sugar day completed - I even made fudge for DD (licked the beater out of habit and had to spit it out

day 2 completed, even with going out for dinner, had steak and veg and sweet potato.
Down to 2 cups of coffee and one cup decaff.
lots of hebal tea

Day 2: no coffee. no white carbs and stuck to eating plan, except for 2 ritz crackers with a little peanut butter (could have been worse!)
Drinking caffeinated tea to replace the coffee has worked - no withdrawal headaches!

Hard Cheese-free - none in the house :)
1 oz Mozzarella - clearing out the fridge - melted it on Eggplant
1 cup Fat Free Yogurt - did not add berries or nectarines - limiting my carbs
A good day! Even though it's been raining - and that just was not forecast
