Went to the gym today...Did 8.35 miles...Felt great when I got home. It was so nice being at the gym with hubby. Even though we don't work together while we're there, it's still nice having him there to boast about my accomplishments right then when they happen and to hear about his right away as well.

After we showered we headed to the grocery store for some fruits and veggies, looked around the store for a bit then headed home so I could fill out a few applications & so Paul could study plus charge his unit. When it came time to get Isaiah from the bus I put on my warm coat, hat, & gloves then walked to the bus stop. For the first time since I got my fitbit Zip I hit 10,000 + steps. That's not something I do very often but I will do it more often now.

Today was also weigh in Wednesday...Guess what??? I'm out of the 250's...Not by much but I'm out! I'm at 249.6...I'm stoked, great progress! Although, even if I wouldn't have lost anything I'd still be stoked after the progress pictures I posted yesterday. I look forward to posting more on February 1 to see the change this month. Woohoo!

    Enjoy your fit it and gym. I never get ten thousand steps either with my pedometer.
