Woohoo! I'm on a roll- a short one but one nonetheless. Two days I've done cardio. Two days I've done toning. Two days I've tracked my steps. Two days I've drank my water. Yes, I know I need to track my food. Let me revel in the fact I've started some new healthy habits and let me have them become just that- habits. THEN I'll track my food. Babysteps remember? Go me!
