You are probably expecting an update on my physical state when in fact I am updating you on my mental status. Today I am better. I've been continuing to eat healthy and focus on getting more fruits/veggies in my diet. I also have been pushing through exercise. This feeling feels good - unlike emotional eating afterwards.
I expect to be feeling back to my normal self by the weekend hopefully. :)
Every one has been blogging about a "word" to describe 2013. My word is: MOVEMENT.
Movement forward, in the right direction. Towards a healthier, more active lifestyle.
Movement for GETTING MY BUTT UP AND MOVING TO BE MORE HEALTHY.
MOVEMENT. For modeling healthy lifestyle behaviors that will "MOVE" others towards action.
Feeling emotionally better by exercise. Not having to rely on anxiey medication, being able to push through an extremely stressful work situation without blow-ups, getting physically sick, or having to take a break.
Things I'm thankful for:
-Spark friends. You guys move me every day with your words of encouragements, your inspiring blogs, and you determination and perseverence.
-Randy allowed me to start a spark account for him. (his page is private still though)
-My health. My families health.
-New beginnings at work with a new center manager.
-Getting to take classes this semester!
