Today's update

I started the day off with strength training, then started working on my basement. I went through some boxes, tossed some stuff, found some to sell or donate. I didn't get everything done, but I got a good start. Later I walked 45 min. on the treadmill. I go back to work tomorrow so I hope I can keep up with the workouts. Nutrition has been good for several days so that's a start!
