So since New year's eve I have worked out each day. I joined the January jump start team to help me stay on track. If I want things to change I must change.
So onward and upward with my goals.
1) be more active consistently
2) change my eating habits
I will quantify those later, for now let me see what is realistic for me.
The luxury right now is that school is not in. Next week will be a different chapter... same story, different chapter.
