Haven't gone to get groceries, but I had to stop at the store to grab stuff for dinner. So I grabbed a couple different things for the makings of a salad and when I got home, I grilled up some shrimp from the freezer in a pan with a great seasoning mix. Tossed that with the veggies and a confetti bean salad and MAN! That was a good dinner! Perfect post-workout meal too. Lots of veggies for the fiber and the micro nutrients. Lots of beans for fiber and protein and yummy shrimp for protein and to up the Yummy factor. Hubby put taco sauce on his, kind of like his "salad dressing". Yum, Yum, Yum. Luckily, there's enough shrimp for me to have another one for dinner tomorrow night and the night after!
