I miss running
....nothing more to say there. My Chiropractor, Dr. Brett has the flu
so I cannot see him until Monday. My leg does seem to be healing, slowly.
To distract myself today from my desire to run, I did 4 of Sparkpeople's videos out there. In addition I joined the new years challenge on Sparkpeople. May as well take advantage of this time to get stronger.
I enjoyed the yoga/pilates
Cathy Smith 20 minute video spark offers the most of the ones I tried today.
My eating today was good. I was not thrilled with my dinner, it did fill me up and was nutritious so that is enough. I had my heart set on something with butternut squash. I'll research a recipe and make something tomorrow. Looking forward to that. No cravings today. Since I cut out gluten & sugar (none since Dec. 26th) the crazy sugar cravings have really diminished. They are controllable anyway!
Things are going great.
I'm very excited to be moving in a good direction for the past month. Small changes do add up! Its a beautiful thing.
