day 2 - so far so good

Today is day 2 of the New Year, and I am still trying to exercise daily.
I know what you are thinking - it is only day 2, but what you may not realize is that I already almost gave up.
Today, I thought about exercising in the morning (I am off ), but I decided to be lazy and stay in bed until 7. I had to run errands all day, and I returned home in time to start dinner.
I thought about NOT exercising, but I finally convinced myself to get on the treadmill and do one workout while dinner was cooking.
It may not seem like a huge accomplishment, but today I am celebrating day 2!
