I gave myself until today to get my head in the right place and make a new beginning starting today.
My goals for today were water, breakfast and exercise and I'm happpy to say that I met those goals. I tracked my food and exercise and have room for a snack a little later in the evening. I hadn't planned on one, but after logging everything in I fell pretty short today.
Day one down, and I feel good that I stuck to my plan!!
