2nd day of 2013
It was a good day.
Slept in a bit this AM. Felt good.
Got up, didn't rush.
Made my fruit smoothie with Cranberries & Blackberries
went to the mall, sat and chatted with friends.
Walked 45 min.
The to the gym for 1 hour exercise class. Felt good to get
back in the groove.
Took a lady to a Dr appt and while she was there I walked
132 stair steps. Felt good, but it wore me out.
Chicken legs in the crock pot, to cook overnight.
Dinner was left over Ham & Cabbage from yesterdays
crock pot meal.
My daughter got it for me for Christmas, I think I'll
like it once I get in the swing again.
