Day 1

I have been super excited all day about where I'm heading with this new nutritous and healthy lifestyle. I managed to get in 96 ounces of water but at the end of the day my calorie intake was WAY TOO LOW. I did a 10 minute solutions pilates flexibility video as a warm up. Then a brisk 10 minute walk (about 1/2 mile). Followed with 10 minutes of strength training my shoulders, back, bis and tris. I want to focus more on strength training than the video I was following so I am on the search for a better strength training video. Overall, I feel good just knowing I am making a huge difference in my health. Until tomorrow...

    Great for you! It sounds like you are on your way. Here's to an excellent 2013. There are lots of strength training videos out there; you'll find your "right" one. You drank a lot of water, I'm sure you will get the calorie thing figured out too. emoticon emoticon emoticon
