Food Tracker issues

I'm really not in love with tracking everything that goes in my mouth. Im sure it will get easier.

    I use the LoseIt app on my smartphone. It's really nice because it has a built in scanner so you can just scan the barcode on everything and it will automatically list all of the nutrition data. LOVE it!!!

    I try and track everything. I found it easier when I started saving food to my favorites and grouping food. I normally eat the same breakfast every morning, so I created a breakfast group.

    I don't like it either. Little things like olive oil from the fish or whatever. What do you do with that stuff? Keep going though................
