Suprised Myself today

Today I thought was not going to turn out what I had planned for in the beginning.. I woke up so late and with all that I wanted to do and the day being so short since its winter..well then for starter I did a protein shake for breakfast to had out the door to do groceries since I eating lots of fruits and veggies.. then I thought on my way boy I do not think Iwill have time for my exercise I was wrong I squeezed my 10 minutes of toning my arms.. then went abouttaking all my christmas stuff down and away.. all the while in between getting dinner ready made some fish, brown rice, and fresh corn cob I brought from the farmers market.. now I was thinking too tired to walk for 30 mins.. well I was wrong again after I organized my family room whichI put my treadmil facing the tv my weights and bands on the shelf so that I can see them.. after that I got on the treadmil and watched a program a full hour with out even noticing it went by.. so all in all I had a great day and importantly I did not let stress get in my way...
