I will implement some of these tips in 2013.
1. Take small steps. IN PROGRESS.
2. Avoid processed foods and fats that are solid at room temperature. DONE.
3. Switch skim milk for whole milk. DONE.
4. Fill half of your 9 inch plate with veggies. DONE
5. Eat whole grains. DONE
6. Get enough protein. WORKING ON IT.
7. Control portions. DONE.
8. Eat slowly without distraction. WORKING ON IT.
9. Cook at home more often It's more nutritious than restaurant fare. DONE
10. Pre-plan your meals before food shopping. WILL PLAN HOW TO DO THIS.
