I did a hike this

afternoon followed by Cathe's Stretch

max with the resistance band. Its a bit cold out there so I waited till later in the day. I did not exercise yesterday. Because my left ear flared up

I felt poorly. I didn't really want to exercise, but I didn't want to miss 3 days this week.
I am eating on plan today

. I had yogurt/almonds

for breakfast and a lentil soup for lunch. I have cut up a lot of veggies

for dinner already.
I worked on a lot of sorting/data entry today.
I plan to do a meditation

about doing cardio before breakfast and turning the body fat into energy I can use throughout my day. I also need to release some anxiety about not being employed, being obese, and being single. (I often feel judged for those things.)
Plan for tomorrow:
1. Cardio

before breakfast
2. Eat on plan
3. Attack my day with vigor
4. Do my yoga

before bed

The only thing about South Beach in the first couple of weeks is I do miss

oatmeal. Oh well, I will console myself with some cottage cheese.
