Tonight I took a nap because I slept so poorly last night. I hope I can sleep when I need to.

I stayed within calorie range and continue to walk my 10,000 steps even on days off which seem to be when I want to veg!

Also, I found myself refusing a Herheys' Kiss from DH when I looked it up and realized it was 25 calories. I could have had several but chose not to. I think it might have triggered a sugar fix anyway. So, things are changing with me.

We have a problem back home. Our carbon dioxide detectors are going off. My son went to the house to help us out and they were going off. We had it checked before coming over here in Nov. We had to call the AC guy from here and hope it is taken care of. It is always something!

Turning down that chocolate kiss was a smart move -- because one kiss leads to another - lol!!!

Hope you got the carbon dioxide detector problem worked out.

I hope it is nothing wrong with your furnace. That is a little scary.
emoticon on not giving in to the little chocolate kiss. Isn't it strange how we can change what we crave. My new thing is oranges. Good for me with Vit C and lots of fiber and they are in season so eating one a day!! Better than candy for me!!

Sometimes its the one little thing that sets you off. Good thing you didn't eat the kiss. Hope the alarm is fixed or you're going to have a loud night.

That one little bite can lead to nonstop chocolate for me. Good job turning it down. Your son couldn't take care of the carbon monoxide monitors? I know I've heard if the fire department checking them but probably wouldn't have thought of having the a/c folks check it. We don't have any so I don't pay any attention to that. Hope it's taken care of quickly and cheaply!

For me, 1 Kiss leads to another and another. So good job at not even starting.
