My computer temp saids it's 2 degrees out there. I went for a walk earlier and it felt colder. The wind was blowing as well so it felt a lot colder. I decided to walk anyways. It was still light enough when I got home, and I was tired of hearing my same old excuses. IT's too cold, it's too dark, I'm too tired. Got all my goals done yestarday, and stayed below the 2000 calorie point. I did go over my calorie range yestarday.
My goals for Thursday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 mintues of housework
10 minutes of strength training
45 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range or under the 2000 calorie mark
spenind at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
