How I'm Staying Motivated in 2013!

Wow, it's been such a long time since I've been on Spark. Work and life have been incredibly busy! And rewarding :)
But I could tell that I let my healthy eating slip, and it's time to rev up again!
So I have come up with a plan that I think will help, to stay motivated and committed.

Hi Brew!! It's good to be back. I need to do revisit food logging as I've gotten off track lately. It's not something i need once I get my routine, but my routine has been off!
So, far, this box has been helping me quite a bit!! Well, ok, it's been helping me sort of... haha! I use it when I crave junk food, and I have now gone almost 5 weeks with almost no junk (had a bit of cake that was given to me on my birthday; and had a small bit of chocolate yesterday at work in celebration of some things.)
Now i Need to use it to help me control portion sizes! Almonds may be healthy, but not when I'm eating too many of them!! So, sugar craving and junk cravings have gotten to be much more manageable - that was the first goal. Now it's time to work on mindful eating

I went to Managaha island the first time I went to Saipan back in Christmas of '64. Do you know the history of the island?
