2013 New year and New goals

Well, its a new year and I am ready to start fresh with some goals.
I want to focus on my physical training of doing the following:
35 sit-ups in one minute or less
25 push ups- no time limit
1.5 miles in 15:54 min/secs or less
90-95 pound bench press-- 1 rep
19 inch vertical jump- 1 time, from swat position
I also want to continue my training for the half marathon that I have scheduled in May:
running at least 4.5 miles twice a week, then after 3 weeks
running at least 5.0 miles twice a week for 3 weeks
running at lest 5.5 miles twice a week for 3 weeks... and so on until I am running 13 miles twice a week.
I am going to maintain a vegetarian lifestyle and drink lots of water. I can't say that I will avoid soda, but I will try to stay away from it as much as possible.
Here I go!! 2013!!!
