So far the week has gone well... I've eaten clean 90-100% of the time, I've exercised almost every day. I've tracked meals as much as I could. I think I've lost a pound or two, but I'll have to check in the morning. (When I weigh myself right now, in my jeans, at 3:30pm I am exactly the same as when I weighed myself first thing in the morning last week - so I'm hopeful
I've joined a challenge (Working Out at Home) and am ready to do it.
We just returned from 3 days in the mountains - where I didn't exercise but one day (skiing) - it's really hard to exercise up there in the winter if you're not skiing. I tracked food the one day we were able to go into town and get wireless internet, but it's such a pain I decided that I'm making good choices and I"ll just let it (tracking - not making good choices!) go for a couple of days.
But I'm home - I'll workout tonight (my legs are sore from skiing but it feels good!) and keep up with the clean eats. Right now there is chicken & vegetable stock simmering on the stove for tomorrow's white bean soup and I'm about to run out to gather up more veggies fro the week!
